Everyone has their own Hurricane Helene story…he

Everyone has their own Hurricane Helene story…here’s ours. We’ve hesitated many times to share the damage and loss of so many trees in fear we would bring stress to our current brides and discourage future ones. But the testimony we have of how the Lord protected and provided should be shared. The help that was provided to get us to where we are today still brings us to tears. Two fathers of two of our brides, a groom and his groomsmen, a complete stranger with a chainsaw, our two sons, and our daughter-in-law and her family…all jumped in and helped cut and clear the trees we lost. Those big beautiful trees gave shade and beauty to our grounds and are so missed. We had already planned to begin our pavilion project at the end of 2024…after Helene it was a definite decision. Moving forward we knew we’d need some type of structure to help with shade and fill the emptiness of the trees. We dedicate our new pavilion to our Lord and those He sent to help us. We are forever grateful and are full of gratitude….NOW, let the 2025 Wedding Season begin!!❤️✨

Huge shoutout to the one who can literally fix anything (Bart)…he amazingly was able to piece back like a puzzle the broken window and boards our little storage house (built in the 1800s) suffered when a gigantic tree fell on it. He’s the best!
